Earlier today, President Trump tweeted about Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), asking why he isn’t “being brought up on charges for fraudulently making up a statement and reading it to Congress as if this statement, which was very dishonest and bad for me, was directly made by the President of the United States?” A frustrated Trump added, ” This should never be allowed!”

Shortly after Trump’s tweet, the New York Times reported that Adam Schiff, the House Intelligence Committee Chair, learned about the outlines of a C.I.A. officer’s concerns that President Trump had abused his power days before the officer filed a whistle-blower complaint, according to a spokesman and current and former American officials.

The early account by the future whistle-blower shows how determined he was to make known his allegations that Mr. Trump asked Ukraine’s government to interfere on his behalf in the 2020 election. It also explains how Mr. Schiff knew to press for the complaint when the Trump administration initially blocked lawmakers from seeing it.

The C.I.A. officer approached a House Intelligence Committee aide with his concerns about Mr. Trump only after he had had a colleague first convey them to the C.I.A.’s top lawyer. Concerned about how that initial avenue for airing his allegations through the C.I.A. was unfolding, the officer then approached the House aide. In both cases, the original accusation was vague.

Donald Trump Jr. tweeted a video of Adam Schiff saying, “We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower.” Hmmm….looks like “Shifty” Schiff was not telling the truth to the MSNBC host.

President Trump blasted the House Intelligence Chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) during his press conference today, accusing him of possibly helping to write the whistleblower’s report.

Even Megyn Kelly, who has remained silent for months, couldn’t help herself and jumped in to call out Schiff on his coordinated whistleblower hit on Trump. Kelly compared Schiff’s dirty tricks to those of Christine Blasey-Ford who Kelly claimed “coordinated with Democrat lawyers/reps” to take down Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
