The gloves are off.

FULLY off.

And I can’t wait to see who blinks first, because I don’t think it’s going to be Donald John Trump.

Earlier today, U.S. District Judge, Tanya Chutkan, has issued a gag order that limits what President Trump can say about the court case related to the 2020 election.

The restriction prevents President Trump from speaking about certain things about the court case and making statements against special counsel Jack Smith.

You don’t have to be a constitutional law scholar to suspect this is a huge violation of the First Amendment in multiple different ways!

And it appears President Trump is willing to challenge it because he just said this:

Trump— “What they don’t understand is that I am willing to go to JAIL if that’s what it takes…”

Wow!

I think we’re about to see fireworks, and it seems to me like this may be the type of thing that gets elevated to the Supreme Court.
