This morning, The New York Times, a dying giant in the news business that has become nothing more than a megaphone for the Marxist Democrat Party and their DOJ, published yet another hit piece on the man they fear more than anyone in America and quite possibly in the world.

From the NYTs hit piece – Among the new disclosures in the 36-page filing were that the search yielded three classified documents in desks inside Mr. Trump’s office, with more than 100 documents in 13 boxes or containers with classification markings in the residence, including some at the most restrictive levels.

That was twice the number of classified documents the former president’s lawyers turned over voluntarily while swearing an oath that they had returned all the material demanded by the government.

Writers at the New York Times are experts when it comes to making their readers believe President Trump has committed a crime by using carefully crafted statements that include words like “the possibility”  that “Mr. Trump and those around him took criminal steps to obstruct the investigation,” and the word “likely,” in front of the unproved accusation that Trump “concealed and removed” classified documents from the storage room at Mar-a-Lago.

The investigation into Mr. Trump’s retention of government documents began as a relatively straightforward attempt to recover materials that officials with the National Archives had spent much of 2021 trying to retrieve. The filing on Tuesday made clear that prosecutors are now unmistakably focused on the possibility that Mr. Trump and those around him took criminal steps to obstruct their investigation.

Investigators developed evidence that “government records were likely concealed and removed” from the storage room at Mar-a-Lago after the Justice Department sent Mr. Trump’s office a subpoena for any remaining documents with classified markings. That led prosecutors to conclude that “efforts were likely taken to obstruct the government’s investigation,” the government filing said.

Here’s a great video explaining how President Trump has the authority to declassify government records while in office without having to offer any explanation for his decisions. Furthermore, there is no formal process that needs to be followed to declassify government documents.

The Gateway Pundit points out how the staged way in which the so-called top secret and “classified” documents were displayed on the floor for their photo-op at Mar-a-Lago:

The Biden Justice Department submitted its opposition to President Trump’s suit demanding a special master be appointed to review documents taken in the FBI raid on his Palm Beach, Florida home, Mar-a-Lago, on August 8.

Included in the response was a staged photo of ‘classified’ documents laid out on a carpet next to a storage box with a framed Time Magazine cover.

The documents are spread out on the carpet, all facing the same way to the camera. Several documents have been whited out, while others have classified markings, including Secret//SCI, HCS, and Top Secret//SCI. The HCS marking stands for ‘HUMINT Control System’, indicating human-sourced intelligence.

Internet sleuths have observed that several dates on redacted documents are left exposed in the photo.

Fox & Friends Steve Doocey joins the Left in their attempt to paint a very different picture about the “classified” documents the FBI “found” at Mar-a-Lago while interviewing SD Governor Kristi Noem.

In the video below, former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino, who took over the Golden Microphone from Rush Limbaugh, rips into the attempt by the FBI and DOJ to demonize Trump by using the Marxist Democrat Party’s media arm to push their propaganda.

President Trump blasted the dirty FBI and Biden’s dirty DOJ in a Truth Social post:

Terrible the way the FBI, during the Raid of Mar-a-Lago, threw documents haphazardly all over the floor (perhaps pretending it was me that did it!) and then started taking pictures of them for the public to see. Thought they wanted them kept Secret? Lucky I Declassified!
