President Trump tweeted out the letter he sent to the Director of the World Health Organization and to China warning them of their failures during the coronavirus crisis:

“This is the letter sent to Dr. Tedros of the World Health Organization. It is self-explanatory!”

President Trump has also threatened to continue withholding funds from the WHO.
