President Trump stopped to speak with the media today just before leaving on his scheduled trip to the southern border wall in McAllen, Texas.

While the Democrat leadership sits back in D.C. gnashing their teeth over Trump’s insistence to build a wall on our southern border, in spite of their plan to stop him, President Trump traveled to McAllen, Texas to talk about the wall with people who know a thing or two about defending our borders.

Before he left for McAllen, TX, The Gateway Pundit posted a video of President Trump revealing the brutal truth to the media about the Democrat Party and their leadership. In only the way that President Donald J. Trump can do it, he told the media the unfiltered truth about the lifetime politicians, Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Democrat Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer:

There is no reason we can’t come to a deal but we have another side that doesn’t care about border security. The Democrats, which I’ve been saying all along, they don’t give a damn about crime. They don’t care about gang members coming in and stabbing people and cutting people up.”

The Democrats, who fear if President Trump is able to build the wall, will be unstoppable in his bid for re-election in 2020, are not going to back down. To hell with national security…this is about power and power always trumps the little people who want to know their borders are being secured.

Meanwhile…President Trump, undeterred, plows on…

President Trump, with Senator Ted Cruz standing by his side, met with US Border Patrol agents in McAllen, Texas. President Trump shook their hands, and sincerely thanked them for their hard work and for keeping the country safe.

The White House posted a video of the meeting:

President Trump, who was joined by Republican Texas Senator’s John Cornyn and Ted Cruz, allowed the US Border Agents to reveals some stunning statistics, Americans never hear in reported in the mainstream media about where the individuals who are crossing our borders illegally are coming from.  The Border Patrol agent who addressed the cameras told President Trump that just yesterday in southern Texas, they apprehended 133 people from countries other than Central America and Mexico. The US Border Patrol agent listed people they’ve apprehended from India, Pakistan, China, Romania, Nicaragua, Equador and so on.

The Border Patrol Agent thanked the US Senators and President Trump fro coming down to the border. He told them it really meant a lot to the US Border Patrol agents and the Department of Homeland Security.

In the video below, President Trump is with a large group of US Border Patrol and ICE agents and local law enforcement, calling for a wall and asking that the Democrats take the politics out of it and protect our nation.

It was the meeting with President Trump and Reggie Singh the brother of Ronil Singh that brought many people to tears.

Eric Singh’s story about how he and his family became American citizens, the legal way,

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders tweeted a touching photo of Reggie Singh while he was talking to President Trump. In her tweet, Sanders reveals that Singh got a standing ovation from the crowd:

Reggie Singh brother of Officer Singh, killed by illegal immigrant, receives standing ovation and hug from after saying – “No family should ever go through what we are going through. Whatever it takes to put a stop to it, our family supports it.”

Here is the roundtable discussion with Senator Ted Cruz and Senator John Cornyn of Texas, both showing their support for President Trump and for his wall:

Finally, with this tweet, Patriot Mike nails it:

President Trump brought Officer Ronil Singh’s brother with him to McAllen Texas to visit the border.

Democrats just lost.

The cop who just got murdered by an illegal aien; his brother is traveling with President Trump.
