This Christmas season, the pastry chefs at the Trump Hotel in Chicago have created some unexpected magic in an unexpected space.

From the Trump Hotels website:

Now through December 31, guests will be transported to a holiday wonderland in Trump Hotel Chicago’s Gingerbread Express. The property has designated one special elevator traveling up to the hotel’s restaurants, Terrace 16 and Rebar, to be decked in everyone’s favorite holiday indulgences – gingerbread, candy canes and more sweet treats. Envisioned by Executive Pastry Chef Jared Bacheller and brought to life by Pastry Sous Chef Bri Maxeiner and the hotel’s stellar culinary team, guests who ride the Express will be greeted by the sweet aromas of the season, celebratory holiday music and more than 1,200 gingerbread bricks made in-house.  It’s the most joyful ride of the season!

When the kids are done taking a ride on the spectacular Christmas fantasy elevator, they can purchase a teddy bear for $20 to help support the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital fight childhood cancer, with 100 percent of proceeds donated to St Jude.

Thanks to the generosity of the Trump family, St.Jude’s Research Hospital will be able to help some very sick children this Christmas.
Eighteen months ago, the youngest Trump son, Eric was attacked by the media for hosting a mega-fundraiser for his charity that benefits St. Judes Research Hospital at his dad’s golf course. Eric fought back, defending the important work his charity has done to raise critical funds that help seriously ill children at St. Jude’s Research Hospital.

“During the past decade, the Eric Trump Foundation has raised over $16.3 million for St. Jude Children’s Research hospital while maintaining an expense ratio of just 12.3 percent,” a spokesperson for Eric Trump said in a statement provided to CBS News. “The Eric Trump Foundation was also responsible for building a $20 million dollar ICU which treats the sickest children anywhere in the world suffering from the most catastrophic terminal illnesses.”

“Contrary to recent reports, at no time did the Trump Organization profit in any way from the foundation or any of its activities,” the statement continued. “While people can disagree on political issues, to infer malicious intent on a charity that has changed so many lives, is not only shameful but is truly disgusting. At the end of the day the only people who lose are the children of St. Jude and other incredibly worthy causes.”

You won’t hear about the charitable work the Trump’s are doing this Christmas for sick children, or about the American families who are able to buy their children Christmas gifts that they couldn’t afford two years ago, because they didn’t have a job.
The Trumps are making Christmas special for millions of people this year, but you won’t hear about it in the mainstream media, because it doesn’t fit their agenda.

Donald Trump Jr. tweeted about the magical elevator calling it the #TrumpSweetRide.

It’s hard for Americans to remember all the of the good things Donald Trump and the Trump family have done, and continue to do, for others who are less fortunate. Sadly, our media and their allies in the Democrat Party have been on a 24/7 mission to destroy the Trump family with a vengeance we have never before seen.

Democrats aren’t only interested in destroying Donald Trump’s reputation, they want to take down his family as well. From their constant, unfounded criticism of our fabulous First Lady Melania Trump, to the undying hope that they can find criminal wrongdoing related to the brief, and unproductive meeting Don Jr. held in the Trump Tower with Russian lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, they’re not giving up until they’ve destroyed Trump and everyone he loves.

Americans need to pray for the Trump family. In the face of the worst kind of evil, they courageously stand tall and take the arrows on the behalf of every American, because this very successful and generous family refuses to give up on the belief that they can and will Make America Great Again.
