President Trump was the final and most anticipated speaker of the three-day CPAC event. His speech was what most of the guests were waiting for, and as usual, he didn’t disappoint.

Before he spoke, CPAC guests were asked to take a straw poll to see who they would vote for to represent the Republican Party in the 2024 presidential election.

President Trump won the poll in a landslide with 62% of the vote to Ron DeSantis’ 20%, followed up by MI billionaire businessman Perry Johnson.

In a curious move, Ron DeSantis decided to skip CPAC this year.

President Trump had several great moments today; here are just a few favorites:

President Trump stood at the podium today and warned the CPAC crowd about the serious crisis our nation is facing. “People are tired of these RINOs and globalists,” he warned. “This is the final battle—they know it, I know it, You know it, everybody knows it. This is it. Either they win, or we win, and if they win, we no longer have a country,” Trump told the crowd.

Watch:

Trump also told the crowd the days of electing or trusting RINOs are over! “We are never going back to the party of Paul Ryan, Karl Rove and Jeb Bush,” he said as the crowd erupted.

President Trump, whose appeal lies in his ability to connect with the average man and woman and the trust that he’s earned by doing what he promised while campaigning in 2016, assured the guests at CPAC that when he moves back into the White House, he will have our backs.

President Trump told his enthusiastic audience, “We don’t have free press, we don’t have free anything.” He continued, “In 2016, I declared I am your voice. Today I add, I am your warrior I am your justice. And to those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution! I am your retribution!”

What do you think? Is President Trump the most popular president in the lifetime of most Americans? Is there anyone who can beat him if we can find a way to have free and fair elections in America?
