Ashley St Clair tweeted out the video of the day when she posted a clip from the Halloween at the White House party.

In the clip, President Trump and Melania put the candy on top of the kid’s costume because there was nowhere else to put it. You can see the smile on the president’s face as he puts the candy on top. Melania does the same.

The best part of the video is when the little princess on the left side of the screen scores the candy when it slides off of the head of the other trick or treater who is dressed as a Minion from the movie ‘Despicable Me’

“Donald Trump really just stuck candy on top of this kid’s head and left it there and I cannot stop laughing.”

Yes, the little princess came in with the steal.

The tradition of handing out Halloween candy at the White House began in the Truman administration in 1958.
