Tucker Carlson calls out Judge Amy Berman Jackson in the Roger Stone case for lying and being openly partisan.
He says if they can do what they did to Roger Stone, they can also do it to you.
Carlson slams the judge for being a “Democratic activist” and says the president must pardon Stone immediately:

The sentencing of Roger Stone took a nasty turn, with the judge being particularly harsh on Stone. Amy Berman Jackson is the Obama-appointed judge who has been called out by many who believe she’s biased.
Mark Levin tweeted out that Berman Jackson “has demonstrated time and again she should not be handling cases involving the president’s past associates. She’s not capable of impartial justice.”
Levin went on to call out the tainted jury:
“Most other judges handling this case would’ve been appalled by the conduct of the jury foreman and immediately undertaken an investigation of what transpired in her own courtroom. But Jackson plows ahead, indicating her desire to throw the book at Stone. This is the same judge who put Paul Manafort in solitary confinement.”

President Trump knows this is wrong and tweeted out today about the double standard of justice:

The judge has been vocal and openly biased against Mr. Stone. In other words, the fix is in.

This case has been compromised by the jury. This case should be tossed. Even anti-Trump Judge Napolitano says Stone should be pardoned!
Just moments ago, the judge even nudged President Trump in the sentencing:
Jackson now addressing the neutrality of the court in coming up with the sentence, taking a subtle dig at the president. She says she cannot be affected by someone whose political career could be impacted by the case. She also says she can’t be “buffeted by the Left.”
She also claimed:
“The sentence is not just about punishing him (Stone), but about being a deterrent to others…there was nothing phony about the investigation.”
Except for this important fact:
Except it was started with FISAs containing 17 falsehoods and omissions and a dossier bought and paid for by Clinton, but yeah other then that nothing phony.
Berman Jackson is beyond biased:

Letters that attack AG Barr w/ conspiracy theories.
