The U.S. has been taken advantage of with the immigration programs that began with Ted Kennedy and Joe Biden decades ago. Kennedy promised America would not be “inundated” with immigrants, but like so many other government programs, that’s exactly what’s happened:
At the time, Kennedy declared:
“First, our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same…
Secondly, the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset… Contrary to the charges in some quarters, [the bill] will not inundate America with immigrants from any one country or area, or the most populated and deprived nations of Africa and Asia…
Over fifty years later, the U.S. allows some 11 to 20 million illegal aliens to squat on its territory while allowing over one million more each year to legally enter the country.
Why are we still taking thousands and thousands of refugees every year?
On top of the 30,000 we took in FY 2019, we have so many other ways we bring in refugees that some cities are swarming with refugees looking for jobs and places to live. The good news is that President Trump has lowered the number for FY 2020 to 18,000, making the refugee resettlement agencies furious. This is their business, with some directors getting six-figure incomes.
It isn’t cheap to bring these people in because the federal government pays resettlement agencies per-refugee, and then the agencies also get government grants. This program was never meant to change the fabric of America, but it has. Look at Minneapolis!
YOU pay for this too!
A reader from Indianapolis reports, “This happened in Indianapolis.. thousands of Burmese. They have taken over the area and overloaded the schools. Now, three days ago, all the apartment dwellers in the district just voted to approve local property tax increases to fund the problem in the schools. Thanks, my property taxes just went up ten more percent. Not to mention all the government money for welfare, housing, food, etc. for all of them. no one asked us, not once.”
Where did these new refugees go? Most went to Texas, and the least went to Wyoming and Hawaii. Are the Democrats rushing to turn Texas blue?
The top five countries sending so-called ‘refugees’ are DR Congo, Burma, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Eritrea.
The top ten states taking refugees:
Ann Corcoran best describes this secretive program in the video below:
A reader from Australia warned Americans: “Ann speaks the truth. We in Australia also have these refugee resettlement schemes, and they have wrought havoc on entire neighborhoods. And just like in the US, they’re contracted out to Christian charities and refugee charity groups all funded by the taxpayer.”
