Competence is racist? No matter who you are, you should expect the doctor who operates on you to be top notch no matter his race. Unfortunately, affirmative action makes what’s considered “equal” and puts it before “top notch”.  The pitfalls of lowering the bar to make all things “fair” and “equal” has a price and that price is really frightening when it comes to doctors…The example below of a female surgeon who filmed herself operating on a patient is REALLY lowering the bar for the unprofessionalism but also for how she ultimately harmed the patient. You won’t believe this!

What happens when social engineers discover that imposing Affirmative Action on medical school admissions does not result in a percentage of physicians who are persons of politically preferred pigmentation that is at least equal to the percentage of these persons in the general population? Obviously, prioritizing race preferences over accomplishments and capabilities must be extended beyond admissions to graduations, and even to actual practice. The result may look something like this:

The crooning Female Surgeon of Color is Dr. Windell Davis-Boutte. Background from WSB-TV in Atlanta:

moonbattery reports:

A local dermatologist who offers in-office cosmetic surgery is under fire after a Channel 2 Action News, Atlanta Journal-Constitution consumer investigation.

At least seven malpractice lawsuits against the doctor include claims she used unqualified staff during procedures that left former patients disfigured.

The doctor appears to be an aspiring musician. Surgical procedures were utilized as opportunities to record videos…

Some feature the board-certified dermatologist dancing around exposed, unmoving patients while performing customized renditions of popular songs, such as “Bad and Boujee,” “Building up Fat in the Booty” and “Gut Don’t Live Here Anymore.”

One patient, who was told she would not require heavy sedation or a ride home, woke up after her procedure in a nearby hotel with a McDonald’s sandwich in her hand, one bite taken out of it. Madcap laughs abound at Dr. Davis-Boutte’s office.

On a more serious note, the patient’s abdomen reportedly now “looks like something out of a horror movie.”

Then there is this:

Icilma Cornelius … was left with brain damage after undergoing an eight-hour liposuction and an additional abdominal procedure in Boutte’s Lilburn office.

This patient was on the verge of getting married and earning a PhD. Now her life has been destroyed.

But you can’t make an omelette without breaking some eggs. In order to achieve full racial parity, we may need to apply race as a defense against malpractice lawsuits.
