It looks like we have some prayers answered folks, at least in the short term.

Today we got an update from Rudy Giuliani’s team on his health and it’s moving in the right direction!

But it still sounds quite serious when the update is that he’s now “breathing on his own”.

He remains in critical but stable condition.

Watch here:

🚨 JUST IN: America’s Mayor Rudy Giuliani is now RECOVERING from pneumonia in the hospital, getting prayers nationwide

“He is now breathing on his own.” 🙏🏻

“On September 11th, Mayor Giuliani ran toward the towers to help those in need, which later led to a diagnosis of restrictive airway disease.”

“He is WINNING this battle!”

Keep praying! THIS MAN IS AN AMERICAN HERO. 🇺🇸

“His family deeply appreciates the outpouring of love and support. The mayor believes in the power of prayer, and we are feeling that strength today. He remains in critical but stable condition. Please keep the prayers coming.”

Meanwhile, his business partner also stated: “Today is an important day.”

The NY Post shared more details:

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani remained hospitalized Monday with pneumonia — with a longtime friend telling The Post, “Today is an important day.”

The 81-year-old’s shocking weekend hospitalization occurred after he came down with pneumonia, said Giuliani’s business partner Tom von Essen, who served as the city’s fire commissioner during 9/11.

“Rudy had a tough weekend. He had pneumonia,” von Essen said.

“Today is an important day,” he said.

Giuliani’s spokesman Ted Goodman confirmed the ex-mayor was recovering from pneumonia and being monitored as a precautionary measure.

He was now breathing on his own, with his family and primary medical provider at his side, the spokesman said.

The illness is tied to a condition stemming from Giuliani’s experience as mayor during the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, Goodman added.

“On September 11th, Mayor Giuliani ran toward the towers to help those in need, which led to a restrictive airway disease diagnosis,” the spokesman said.

“This disease adds complications to any emerging respiratory issue, and the virus quickly overwhelmed his body, requiring mechanical ventilation to maintain his blood pressure.”

Word about Giuliani’s steps toward potential recovery capped a whirlwind day following the disclosure Sunday that the close ally of President Trump was in critical but stable condition with a publicly undisclosed ailment.

President Trump had his back, calling him the Best Mayor in the History of New York City and noting he was RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING:

Yes, indeed!

Get well soon, Rudy!
