A local reporter in Minneapolis was reporting from a burning strip mall when the owner of the strip mall walked up and let it fly on the do-nothing mayor and governor.

It’s a great rant where the mall owner speaks up for the hard-working store owners to say they’ve worked hard to get where they are, and now the store the had is gone.

The man gets emotional toward the end of the video, but it’s not hard to understand his anger:

What I want to tell people right now is that if the governor and the mayor are not going to take care of this problem — people will. People will uprise over this…”

Those people living…make their business there…they’re Korean, they’re black people, they’re immigrants. They’ve worked their fu*king life off…trying to make this thing happen.”

“People will uprise over this.”
