MSNBC contributor Jason Johnson reports that young voters are disappointed in Joe Biden picking Senator Kamala Harris for the Democrat’s VP nominee. He claims that voters are very disappointed in the choice from Biden and has been inundated with messages against the choice.

Johnson read messages from his students on how they feel about Harris as the pick for Biden:

“Indifferent since she’s a cop. Not sure if she’s gonna flip on us when she gets into office.”

“I was more Yang Gang all along. Wasn’t really that impressed with her, but we need somebody black on the ticket.”

And one positive comment:

“Always liked Harris. Really excited. But you know, Professor Johnson, I’m in AKA.”

Concern by young voters is bad news for the Democrats. They need someone who will energize the young voters because Joe Biden certainly hasn’t done that.

A big strike against Harris is her record on criminal justice reform.

Her previous track record on trying to be cool to the young crowd has been cringe-inducing:

Kamala Harris was just caught in a doozy claiming she smoked pot while listening to Tupac and Snoop in college (video below).

The problem with her claim is that their albums came out after she graduated from college.

Harris was talking to a New York radio host when she said she listened to the rappers in college, but both artists hadn’t appeared on an album by the time she graduated:

“I have. And I inhaled. I did inhale. It was a joint.” – Kamala Harris

The radio show doing the interview is popular in the hip hop community.

Harris was asked by the DJ what she listened to when she was smoking a joint:

“What was you listening to when you was high? What was on? What song was on?”

This is where Harris stepped in it:

“Definitely Snoop, Tupac, for sure.”

Oops! Harris graduated from Howard University in 1986 and was finished with law school by 1989.

Snoop Dog didn’t come on the scene until his debut album in 1993. Tupac’s first album was released in 1991.

The radio host didn’t check the information and changed the subject.

Was Harris having a Hillary Clinton “hot sauce” moment?

Now we have Kamala Harris trying to dance on camera to a rap song. Twitter comments are scorching her attempt at connecting with the urban community. The problem is that people see right through her pandering and are calling her out:

Tariq Nasheed let Kamala know she’s not fooling anyone: So Kamala Harris is taking a page out of the Hilary Clinton playbook on how to pander to Black voters. Kamala has pulled her hair back so she can show her “ethnic edges,” and she’s “dancing” to rap music.

Here’s another awkward moment where Harris giggles at something, but we’re not sure what it is. We think she might not know what it is either.

Tariq put the Kamala Harris campaign on notice:

Harris has come out with odd videos before, like the one promoting the movie ‘Black Panther.’ The video is from when the movie was released, but a twitter user posted the video thinking it is from the Kamala Harris campaign. It’s not. LOL!

Harris can be seen in the video crossing her arms and saying “Kamala for Wakanda” in a takeoff from the “Wakanda Forever” saying in the film ‘Black Panther.’

The left is already playing identity politics with Kamala Harris. If elected, she’d be a trifecta in the identity politics game.
