Bernie Sanders pushed his Green New Deal to South Carolinians who gathered at Chapin Park in Myrtle Beach saying he would recommend a “meat tax”. A meat tax?

Meat is the new enemy in the climate change hoax. The left wants to nudge Americans towards a plant-based diet and in order to move that long, they want a meat tax.

A young woman asks a question in the video below where she spouts off all of the things eating meat causes, according to her brainwashed mind. Bernie panders back for the brainwashed youth vote and agrees with her on a meat tax.

During a town hall in Myrtle Beach, SC, Sen. Bernie Sanders implied that he would consider using a meat tax to reduce animal agriculture in the U.S. to help fight climate change on 8/29/19.

Sanders also took a shot at President Trump:

“Donald Trump thinks climate change is a hoax. I think Donald Trump is a hoax.”

THE UNITED NATIONS RELEASED A REPORT THIS MONTH SAYING HUMANS MUST MOVE TO A PLANT-BASED DIET:
The propaganda on mainstream media sources like CBS will convince some gullible Americans to reduce meat consumption after the latest report by the UN to nudge people towards veganism.

The report from the UN is recommending that people move to a plant-based diet and away from a meat-eating diet. This is the same thing that people like Rep, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez have recommended. Ocasio Cortez recently (see below) called on Americans to eat fewer burgers. It’s the Green New Deal mantra…

“HUMANS MUST DRASTICALLY…”

NPR reports that “humans must drastically alter food production to prevent the most catastrophic effects of global warming”, according to a new report from the United Nations panel on climate change.

The panel of scientists looked at the climate change effects of agriculture, deforestation and other land use, such as harvesting peat and managing grasslands and wetlands. Together, those activities generate about a third of human greenhouse gas emissions, including more than 40% of methane.

That’s important because methane is particularly good at trapping heat in the atmosphere. And the problem is getting more severe.

“Emissions from agricultural production are projected to increase,” the authors warn. “Delaying action” on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, they continue, “could result in some irreversible impacts on some ecosystems.”

This is the latest in a series of reports from the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

A RECENT REPORT FROM A RANCHER WHO WROTE AN OPEN LETTER TO THE QUEEN OF THE GREEN NEW DEAL ALEXANDRIA OCASIO CORTEZ:

Kansas Rancher Brandi Buzzard Frobose just wrote an open letter (see below) to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez that claps back respectfully at the Congresswoman for her support of the ‘Green New Deal.’ The proposal by Ocasio-Cortez discusses cutting down on methane gas aka ‘cow farts.’ Ocasio Cortez just spoke about how she believes Americans should eat less beef:

She was asked about farting cows during an appearance on Showtime’s series “Desus and Mero:

“In the deal, what we talk about is, it’s true, is that we need to take a look at factory farming, period. It’s wild…And so, it’s not to say you get rid of agriculture. It’s not to say we’re going to force everybody to go vegan or anything crazy like that. But it’s to say, listen, we’ve got to address factory farming.”

“Maybe we shouldn’t be eating a hamburger for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Like, let’s keep it real.”

Yes, the left is concerned about “farting cows,” and they want you to eat fewer burgers.

The Kansas ‘Cowgirl’ took action and wrote an open letter to Ocasio-Cortez that included facts supporting why cows are “superheroes”. We’ve included the highlights from her letter, but please check out her blog about what it’s like to farm and be a cattle rancher: BUZZARD’s BEAT – Chronicles of a Kansas Cowgirl

Hello Congresswoman,

You don’t know me from Adam.

I’m a Kansas rancher out here in the sticks loving life while raising beef with my family!

As a beef producer in rural Kansas working with my family to raise cattle, I feel the need to point out some facts about agriculture that were misrepresented in your Green New Deal.

As a rancher, I can tell you that we take the quality of the great outdoors very seriously – air, soil and water quality are all of utmost importance to us here because, well we are the ones living here in the sticks. Which is why our segment of agriculture actively works to reduce our impact on the environment every. single. day.

You might wonder how us farmers and ranchers are lessening our footprint? Good question:

-We are using better genetics from cattle to produce animals that yield more tasty beef using fewer inputs from water and land.

-Every year we are utilizing the best technology available to us to help us manage the health and growth of our animals so we can be efficient with our resources.

-Did you know that cows are great up-cyclers AND recyclers? Cows are able to take foods like sugar beet pulp and carrot tops – things that would otherwise be wasted as food production by-products – and turn those into beef. This reduces the overall amount of food waste in our great nation. Additionally, what other animal do you know that can take grass and turn it into a delicious steak? Seriously, cows are like superheroes.
