One of Biden’s rivals for the Democratic nomination in 2020 also said Biden is ‘declining’

Dem Congressman from Ohio Tim Ryan claimed, ‘That’s the perception people are getting from the vice president…the declining. We are going to need to articulate a very, very clear vision for the country. And it needs to be done in a very energetic way. And so that’s all I have to say.’

Mounting concerns and questions about Joe Biden’s health rose after his eye filled with blood and after many gaffes during the CNN town hall.

Joe Biden finally came out and blamed the blood in the eye incident on his contacts: ‘It was my contact lens. I think I, you know when you’re taking it out, I think bruised my eye.’

Biden told a New Hampshire newspaper: ‘I’ll completely disclose everything about my health.’
