Derrick Williams begins his speech to the Colorado Springs school board by reading a quote from Colin Kaepernick, who claims he is oppressed.

Williams goes on to give an impassioned speech saying he is NOT oppressed and is not a victim.

He calls out the race-baiting industry and the state of education in America and then ends with this comment:

“Let racism die the death it deserves.”
