Does Joe Biden know what he’s saying? It’s hard to believe he’s comprehending what comes out of his mouth because he doesn’t catch his gaffes.

During his White House meeting with governors to discuss ongoing efforts to combat wildfires, Biden said Deleware had more acreage burn than “Delaware and Maryland combined”…Yes, that’s impossible, but he didn’t pick up on his gaffe.
There is no way Biden is driving the boat. He’s just Skipper, and the Captain is Obama. The far left is loving this opportunity to push their agenda through.
Obama recently bragged about how he’s at the reigns at the White House:
In a stunning revelation of intentions, Former President Barack Obama brags in a PODCAST with Ezra Klein of the New York Times that he believes the policies pursued by Joe Biden are the culmination of the policies he pursued as President. In the interview, Obama estimates that “Ninety percent of the folks who were there in my administration, they are continuing and building on the policies we talked about…”, suggesting that many policy considerations brought to Joe Biden’s desk for consideration will be close extensions of the Obama administration’s goals. Obama claims Biden is “finishing the job”:
“I think that what we’re seeing now is Joe and the administration are essentially finishing the job. And I think it’ll be an interesting test. Ninety percent of the folks who were there in my administration are continuing and building on the policies we talked about, whether it’s the Affordable Care Act, or our climate change agenda, and the Paris [climate accord], and figuring out how do we improve the ladders to mobility through things like community colleges.”
If anyone still doubts this is the third term for Obama, the quote above should clear that up…BIDEN IS FINISHING THE JOB.
Biden and Obama both have spoken about “transformation.” Nothing says transformation like Obamacare:
The signature piece of legislation of the Obama regime is widely considered to be that of the ACA, more infamously known as Obamacare. Passed on a purely partisan vote with not a single vote to spare in the Senate, not to mention the fact that a large swath of these legislators was voted out during the 2010 mid-term elections just a few months after. This law was considered to be highly unpopular amongst many segments of American society.
Fast forward to the Biden “transformation,” and it’s moving fast like the Obamacare legislation did to push through the far-left agenda that Obama can be proud of…in his third term. Remember, the Biden team is “finishing the job” for Obama.

While many admit that the tactic of relying “heavily on pools of talent that had cut their teeth in their parties’ previous administrations to fill out their own government,” the scale at which the Biden regime is performing this is quite unprecedented. The rationale many are using to justify such a large double dip is the unprecedented nature of the world’s times. This, of course, implicitly assumes a level of competence amongst Obama’s appointees that not everyone would agree on.
The high number of Obama cabinet members in the Biden regime seem to delight Obama, who sees his Presidency as a great success. He even infers that the Trump administration took credit for his imagined success.
We might have to leave that question to be answered by those who are genuine experts in the field of policy analysis.
