It’s about time! After months of our southern border being wide open, Mexico is finally helping the U.S. by breaking up the large caravans trying to make it to America. The operation to stop the large caravans comes following comments by Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador that he wanted illegals to stay in southern Mexico.
On Sunday, Mexican security and migration officials pushed back and blocked a large caravan (video below). They also detained several people involved in the incident.
Early in the morning, Mexico’s National Guard surrounded the illegals in the town of Huixtla. According to Reuters, several of the illegals began to run away from the Mexican officials and toward the banks of the River Huixtla.
This is just days after the Mexican officials were able to break up another large group of illegals.

Some in the caravan were detained:
