Law Enforcement Analyst Charles Ramsey spoke out to CNN’s Alisyn Camerota about the lack of outrage in the black communities across America where children are being killed by gun violence.

Just last weekend, five children were shot in different communities. The murder count is rising dramatically across America.

Ramsey, who was police chief in DC and Philly, knows what’s going on in the cities and says he believes police officers aren’t being “proactive” right now.

He says everyone in the community has a responsibility to stop the crime and stop the protests so “we can sit down and come up with solutions.”

Ramsey is correct. Where are the protests for the children who were shot over the weekend?

According to CNN’s Don Lemon these victims aren’t part of the BLM movement.
