German Chancellor Angela Merkel has been seen for the third time in recent weeks shaking uncontrollably.

Her spokesman said she was just dehydrated the first time this happened (see below).

Then it happened a second time and now this…It’s hard to discount these episodes when this has happened three times. She obviously has a medical condition that’s causing her to shake like this.

The past two times were also caught on video:

What in the world is wrong with German leader Angela Merkel?

For the second time in a little over a week, she is seen in public shaking and trembling uncontrollably.

Daily Mail reports that Merkel was seen shaking as she met President Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Thursday, footage showed – but her spokesman claimed the German chancellor was fine.

On June 18, Merkel was also seen shaking when she met visiting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy but later said she felt better after drinking some water. Merkel, 64, was attending a ceremony to decommission Justice Minister Katarina Barley, who is leaving to become a lawmaker in the European Parliament.

OUR PREVIOUS REPORT ON MERKEL’S LAST EPISODE:

A very concerning and strange moment happened today in Berlin as German leader Angela Merkel shook uncontrollably during an appearance with the President of Ukraine.

The video below shows Merkel shaking and the Ukrainian leader stands without looking over at her until the very end. Was it protocol to ignore her shaking? It’s surprising that she wasn’t helped by anyone.

The cause of this shaking is said to be dehydration.

Angela Merkel sparked concern after she began shaking as she greeted the Ukrainian president in Berlin. The German chancellor said she is doing well after drinking a few glasses of water, suggesting she was dehydrated.

“Since then I have drunk at least three glasses of water – I obviously needed that and so I’m doing very well now.” – Angela Merkel

Was it dehydration or something else?
