Joe Biden keeps trying to dodge the question about whether he would pack the Supreme Court.

During Biden’s town hall last night, he answered the question again but said he’s “open to considering what happens from that point on.” He tried to straddle the fence by giving a non-answer except to say he will “consider what happens” after the vote for SCOTUS. The irony is that Biden would be going against Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s belief that court-packing is wrong.
