Oops.
CNN is being trolled repeatedly in the aftermath of the tragic Maine shooting.
First things first, our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the shooting in Maine.
We pray for peace and comfort. No family should ever have to know that horror.
However, instead of joining the mourning, the mainstream media has a bad habit of using strategies to push their narratives.
CNN is one of the mainstream outlets that appears to always attack 2nd Amendment rights.
Well, they interviewed a local resident in the aftermath of the shooting.
They expected him to call for more gun control.
But his answer shocked them.

"Maine has a tradition of firearm ownership and use. And all of a sudden we've got one individual out of 1.3 million who has just terrified this region," @SenAngusKing tells me as police search for the man suspected of killing 18 people in Maine last night. pic.twitter.com/BS6LS5sjAs

I’d love to see footage of the producer’s face behind the scenes.
I’m sure they were shocked!
The reality is that the average American knows that guns exist for protection.
The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.
The Blaze confirms:
As law enforcement hunts down the man they believe is responsible for a massacre in Maine, a local resident told CNN on Thursday that he would feel much safer if he owned a firearm.
Reporting from a town near Lewiston — the scene of the mass shooting — CNN senior correspondent Shimon Prokupecz spoke with a local resident, whom he identified as “Cory,” about his concerns as police continue searching for the suspect they believe murdered at least 18 people.
“It’s just — nerves are rattled right now. [I’m] keeping an eye on the woods because I know those woods down there; they run right back here. And I got my daughter inside,” Cory told Prokupecz.
“How old is your daughter?” the reporter followed up.
“She’s 10 years old. And my oldest daughter, she works at the Walmart [distribution center], too, and I had to message her, find out if she is OK. It’s very unnerving right now,” Cory responded.
When Prokupecz noted that police officers have been canvasing the neighborhood with their long guns visible, Cory interrupted the reporter to explain why he finds comfort in their firepower — and why he wishes he had some of his own.
“That actually made me feel better, seeing the cops coming around here — that makes me feel a million times better,” he said. “And the situation like this, I wish I had a firearm.”
Turns out most Americans are thankful for their Second Amendment rights!
Remember, we all have a right to self-defense!
However, it wasn’t just this man.
CNN was put on the spot again when a caller to their live show encouraged the audience to purchase guns to protect their loved ones!

Given CNN’s apparent bias, it’s no wonder that viewers are tuning out.
While Fox News and MSNBC continue to have strong ratings, CNN has been struggling.
In fact, things have been so bad lately that they closed their Atlanta center.
As confirmed by Adweek:
It’s the end of an era: Today, CNN officially said goodbye to its longtime downtown Atlanta home CNN Center, and is moving approximately two miles north to the Ted Turner Techwood campus in midtown Atlanta.
Perhaps instead of pushing narratives, CNN should focus on the facts.
So what do you think about these interviewees?
Do you agree on their views on firearms and the Second Amendment?
