New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio continued his feud with President Trump with a claim that the president won’t be welcome back to NYC after his presidency.
De Blasio told Buzzfeed that he was challenging President Trump to debate about what’s best for New York. This coming from a mayor who sits back while his police officers are assaulted with buckets of water. The twice-elected mayor has been a disaster for the city.
De Blasio even said President Trump knows nothing about the city when Trump is a native of Queens who has numerous real estate holdings in the city and state.
“When his presidency is over, really soon, he will not be welcome back in New York City!
Donald Trump seems to have a lot to say about New York City lately.
So I issued him a challenge last night @BuzzFeed. pic.twitter.com/q3TB7d9pNO

President Trump said De Blasio “should act immediately” after police officers were doused with water:
…What took place was completely unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. Bill de Blasio should act immediately!

De Blasio also recently took heat over being on the campaign trail while there was a huge power outage across NYC.
