It’s no secret that President Trump disagreed with  National Security Adviser John Bolton’s “hawkish views” on Iran and Afghanistan. The media behaved as though this was all news to them and that this was a sudden and impulsive decision by Trump. In reality, rumors had been swirling about friction with Bolton long before this week.

The ironic thing is the media found themselves defending Bolton so they could trash Trump. The conflicting story of how and when Bolton was fired became a weapon against the president. The pettiness amongst the media continues…

Now that President Trump doesn’t have Bolton on his team, who will replace him?
