Stacey Abrams decided to keep fighting to be Governor of the state of Georgia against the reality that she lost to Republican Brian Kemp. In the video below she calls Georgia “Our Georgia”. She says “we still have a few miles to go” mentioning civil rights as a battle. Abrams claims there are voices yet to be heard via absentee ballots so she’s waiting until those ballots have been counted:
“There are voices waiting to be heard. Across our state, folks are opening up the dreams of voters in absentee ballots, and we believe our chance of a stronger Georgia is just within reach. But, we cannot seize it until all voices are heard, and I promise you tonight that we are going to make sure that every vote is counted.”
She got the crowd going by mentioning some of the freebies she promised voters during her campaign.
Abrams decides to fearmonger by saying people were trying to stop the people from voting. This woman says they have to make a decision between “division” and “trickery”…Trickery? Huh?
Greg Bluestein of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution tweeted out the reason for not conceding to Kemp:
Why @staceyabrams isn't conceding: Her campaign manager says "there are tens of thousands of absentee ballots around the state, many of them we believe are Abrams voters." They're eyeing 20K in Gwinnett and 25K in Cobb. #gapol

A runoff is very unlikely but the very left-leaning AJC decided to string people along:
