President Trump’s Save America Rally began with quotes from a famous speech by General Patton. The voice is George C. Scott, who played General Patton in a movie. The fighting hero is often quoted because of his grit and toughness. This is Trump completely trolling Biden’s woke generals who gave up.

Trump’s point with the quote is to say we do not give in and that with Biden, we have surrendered to the Taliban. It didn’t have to be like this. President Trump had a staged plan where we would have taken billions in military equipment out, and we would have never left our people there.
