GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy made a bold prediction that the establishment will not let Donald Trump or Joe Biden reach the 2024 election finish line.
“If you really think ‘they’ are going to let either Trump or Biden get anywhere near the finish line, open your eyes folks. There’s something deeper going on. It’s staring us right in the face,” Ramaswamy said.

The former pharmaceutical CEO clarified his comments in an interview with Newsmax.
Ramaswamy was asked who is “they?”
“So that’s a much more complicated conversation that will be an hour length discussion,” he commented.
“The ‘they’ refers to the permanent state. The establishment. It’s not Republicans vs. Democrats,” he continued.
“If you look at here the very people who are paying for lawsuits to keep Trump off the ballot, from the Reid Hoffmans to the Larry Finks of the world. Just follow the money. See who they’re actually putting up this time around. It’s far more devious,” he said.
“I used to think they were going to sideline Biden for Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama. It’s far more insidious than that,” he added.
“People have to see this isn’t R vs. D. It is deeper than that. The permanent, pro-war establishment. Who’s going to keep that war machine humming? Who’s going to do the bidding of the people who put you up. The people who are making money off the military industrial complex and wars,” he noted.
Ramaswamy predicted 2024 will, unfortunately, be a very interesting year.

In another clip, Ramaswamy warned about a “trojan horse” within the Republican Party.
“It’s within our own party,” Ramaswamy said.
“Look at the people who voted to keep Trump off the ballot. Who are they putting up?” he added.
“Larry Fink to Reid Hoffman. Who are they propping up? It’s a game. I’m in this to make sure that doesn’t happen. They want it to be a two-horse race and eliminate him. Put up actually the trojan horse within the Republican Party that keeps the war machine humming, keeps the restrictions on speech, and the censorship agenda. Get it done. Who needs Democrats when you can get it done through the Republican Party,” he continued.
“Earnest conservatives who say ‘I just want to beat Biden’ are being played. The real puppet masters are playing 3D chess. There’s something far more cynical underway & it’s hiding in plain sight,” Ramaswamy wrote.

Through Ramaswamy’s comments, mentioning Larry Fink and Reid Hoffman, we can assume he indirectly referred to Nikki Haley as a candidate the establishment would accept.

The Hill reports:
Billionaire tech entrepreneur Reid Hoffman recently gave a $250,000 donation to a super PAC supporting Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley.
Dmitri Mehlhorn, a political adviser to Hoffman, confirmed the contribution to SFA Fund Inc. with The Hill. The New York Times first reported the donation.
The hefty donation to the GOP White House hopeful is particularly notable as Hoffman is an open supporter of President Biden, who is running for reelection. Hoffman, the billionaire co-founder of LinkedIn, co-hosted a campaign fundraiser for Biden in San Francisco back in June.
The Times reported that Hoffman’s political team asked the pro-Haley super PAC whether it would take money from the pro-Biden donor, and that SFA Fund Inc. had agreed.
Hoffman funded writer E. Jean Carroll’s rape case against former President Trump and backed Hillary Clinton in her presidential bid against Trump in 2016.
The move comes on the heels of JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon encouraging Democrats to help Haley to “get a choice, on the Republican side, that might be better than Trump.” Trump blasted Dimon for the remarks.
