Disgusting Democrat hypocrisy is revealed again in flashbacks to when they criticized President Trump for increasing gas prices and praised Biden when there was a decrease in gas prices. But, of course, Schumer would never criticize Biden; he and all his minions blame Russia and claim Biden’s economy is doing great.

Flashback to May 23, 2018, when the Democratic leadership of the U.S. Senate sent a letter to President Donald Trump demanding he takes action to lower gas prices ahead of Memorial Day weekend.

In the letter, Senators Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Maria Cantwell, D-Wash.; Bob Menendez, D-N.J.; and Ed Markey, D-Mass., outline several specific actions Trump could take immediately to lower gas prices.

A full copy of the letter may be viewed and downloaded from the Senate Democrats’ website.

FLASHBACK:  When President Donald Trump was in office, Senator Schumer seemed convinced a President could do more to lower gas prices. Unfortunately, he seems to think otherwise now that Biden is in the White House.

On May 23, 2018, Senator Chuck Schumer tweeted, calling on President Trump to “start fighting for lower gas prices for hardworking Americans.”

Are you creeping along on fumes because #GasPrices are so high? I’ll join  @SenatorCantwell @SenatorMenendez & @SenMarkey  to push @POTUS to start fighting for lower gas prices for hardworking Americans LIVE in a few minutes:  (He doesn’t appear at the podium until 8 minutes and 30 seconds into the video he posted.

Another flashback was when The White House tweeted about the progress at the pump and Biden’s ongoing work to bring prices down. Funny how it’s only when prices go down Biden is responsible.

The White House tweeted on December 14, 2021:
New: The average price of gas is down nearly 10 cents per gallon since last month’s peak and prices continue to fall. Read more about our progress at the pump and @POTUS’s ongoing work to bring down prices here:

Alex Lewis does have an excellent question in his tweet from March 7, 2022:
If the spokesperson for the president said he is going to do everything he can to help with gas prices at the tank, how can people say he doesn’t have any effect on them?

Joe Shiesty Stan’s tweet seems to show Biden’s policies seem to affect gas prices.

There does seem to be a difference in the policies between President Trump and the current administration. However, I wonder if this affects the prices Americans must pay?
