Bill Clinton was mugging for people on a NYC street when one of them asked a touchy question. The former president was in the back of a SUV when he casually rolled down the window. The man chatted with a smiling Clinton from the side of the road with Clinton responding with a thumbs up and waving. The onlooker then dropped the bomb on Clinton when he said, “How’s Monica?”…Oops! Window up!

He continued, “Tell Hillary I said what’s up, Bill Clinton,” the man continued as Bubba again flashed a thumbs up.

“Best president alive, man!” he said, then added, “How’s Monica?!?”

The man laughed as Bubba pretended he didn’t hear the question and rolled up the window.

“Look at him put the window up when I said, ‘How’s Monica?’” he said, laughing.
