In an interview with podcast host Lex Fridman, Donald Trump said he would have “no problem” releasing files related to Jeffrey Epstein.

“A lot of big people went to that island. But fortunately, I was not one of them,” Trump said.

“It’s just very strange for a lot of people that the list of clients that went to the island has not been made public,” Fridman said.

“Yeah, very interesting isn’t it,” Trump commented.

“I’d certainly take a look at it. Now, Kennedy’s interesting because it’s so many years ago. They do that for danger too, because it endangers certain people,” Trump continued.

“So Kennedy is very different from the Epstein thing. But yeah, I’d be inclined to do the Epstein. I’d have no problem with it,” he added.

The Hill reports:

Former President Trump in a new interview said he would have “no problem” releasing more files around Jeffrey Epstein if the GOP nominee is reelected.

Trump sat down with podcast host Lex Fridman, who asked the former president why “so many smart, powerful people” allowed Epstein to get close.

“He was a good salesman. He was a hailing, hearty type of guy,” Trump said. “He had some nice assets that he’d throw around like islands, but a lot of big people went to that island. But fortunately, I was not one of them.”
