It looks like the Parkinsons confused stare is strong with Joe today as he stares blindly at a woman we can only presume he thinks is Jill Biden.
He then seemingly starts to go in for a kiss right before Jill Biden swoops in and whisks him away.

It is unclear if this is a new or old (recently found) video.
Joe Biden is supposed to be isolated at his home in Delaware recovering from a bad cough…..errrrr, I mean from the dreaded COVID….so it’s unclear why he would be mingling (and attempting to kiss) other people right now.
Also no mask.
I guess there really is a simple explanation for all of this: Joe simply forgot to get his 47th booster jab and now he has COVID.
See how important those boosters are?
