Joe Biden is in South Carolina fighting to win the state but his constant gaffing could be hurting him in the polls. Bernie Sanders is closing in on Biden in South Carolina.
The latest strange comment from Biden came during a campaign event:
It’s two days before South Carolina, and Joe Biden’s closing pitch somehow involves “indecent exposure” at a campaign event.
“If someone in this room got up, took off all her clothes, and walked out the door, no man has the right to touch her.”
Note that the crowd claps after Biden makes the strange comment.

BIDEN’S GAFFES FROM JUST THIS WEEK:
There he goes again. Joe Biden tried to compare Georgetown, SC to Georgetown, Deleware and failed by delivering another gaffe. Has anyone been keeping count of the gaffes? It has to be very high by now.
During a campaign rally in Charleston, SC, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate and former US Senator representing Delaware Joe Biden said that Georgetown, Delaware was founded in the 1600s, when it was actually founded in 1791.
And Biden is leading in South Carolina???
OUR REPORT ON BIDEN IN SOUTH CAROLINA:
The debate between the Democrats running for president was a disaster. The candidates yelled and talked over each other. Not much was discussed on serious policy and each candidate was given just a short amount of time to discuss anything of substance.
Joe Biden yelled his way through his answers in an angry tone of voice.
At one point, Biden appears to lose his train of thought mid-sentence and says:
“Why am I stopping? No one else stops.”

BIDEN ALSO SAID HALF OF AMERICA WAS KILLED BY GUN VIOLENCE SINCE 2007…$150 MILLION?
Nope! Not true!
Joe Biden says that "150 million people" have been killed by gun violence since 2007.
That seems a bit high…#DemDebate pic.twitter.com/ghIyyRT1Mu

The pundits are saying Biden did well in the debate. It’s hard to believe he’s leading in South Carolina. The man can’t even remember what office he’s running for:
Biden told an audience yesterday that he’s running for the US Senate!
As I’ve been saying when is enough enough with Joe? He’s been running for 18 months and doesn’t know what he’s running for?
If his family wasn’t making millions off of his public office they should have stepped in a long time ago.
This isn’t right. https://t.co/lqleWHmZfc

It’s been sad to watch the constant gaffes coming from Joe Biden, but he is putting himself out there in an attempt to get the Democratic nomination for president.
The second gaffe from just yesterday came when Biden told a crowd in South Carolina (his firewall) that he worked on the Paris Accord with a Chinese leader who has been dead for decades:
Joe Biden claimed that he worked with Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping on the Paris Climate Accord.
Except the current Chinese President is Xi Jinping.
Deng Xiaoping left office in 1992 and has been dead for 23 years.
Before or after he consulted Thatcher and got arrested trying to visit Mandela? I’m so confused …
— Andy McCarthy (@AndrewCMcCarthy) February 25, 2020
The response from Andy McCarthy is great:
“Before or after he consulted Thatcher and got arrested trying to visit Mandela? I’m so confused …”
McCarthy was referring to two previous gaffes where Biden mentioned Margaret Thatcher and Nelson Mandela:
Last May, Biden told a group of donors in Columbia, South Carolina, that “14 heads of state” have contacted him, and “voiced concerns about Trump.” The problem with that is that Bloomberg reports he included Margaret Thatcher in his list of leaders. Did she contact him from the grave? Not only is this really bad form for a former VP, but even worse for someone who is trying to be taken seriously in the 2020 election. Would this comment of faux concern have a tinge of sedition in it?
He did correct himself, claiming he was actually referring to British Prime Minister Theresa May, but the gaffe is out there and is just one more example of Biden’s scattered thinking on the stump (see below).
He also recently claimed he was arrested trying to visit Nelson Mandela in South Africa. The former UN Ambassador Andrew Young spoke up to say he doesn’t recall Biden being arrested during the trip.
Super Tuesday will be interesting. That’s for sure!
