Members of the media and the press are invited to attend a news conference where Sheriff Christopher Schmaling will unveil the results of an extensive investigation with implications throughout Racine County and Wisconsin. At the conclusion of the presentation, Sheriff Schmaling and the lead investigator will be available to answer questions and provide documentation. The news conference will be on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., at the Sheriff’s sub-station, which is located at 14116 Washington Ave., Sturtevant, WI. The news conference is open to the press/media only. The news conference will also be available on the Sheriff’s Facebook page.

Today, during a Thursday morning news conference on the matter, Sheriff Christopher Schmaling revealed several ways in which he claims votes were stolen in his state.

Sheriff Schmaling provided a timeline showing how he believes the election was stolen, using COVID restrictions that allowed shenanigans to take place that would normally never have been prohibited by law. He blasted the governor for enacting an emergency order that allowed the WI Election Commission to change the rules of voting without any legal authority. The sheriff shares evidence of nursing home residents who haven’t voted since 2012 and according to their loved ones are incapacitated and did not have the mental ability to vote.
