There is one thing that most everyone from all political backgrounds should be able to agree upon.

Older politicians should be subject to mental wellness tests.

We see this as a necessity every single day that passes with Joe Biden at the helm of the country.

We have also seen this kind of behavior from politicians like Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Dianne Feinstein, and John Fetterman.

Now, we’re seeing it with Kentucky senator Mitch McConnell.

McConnell completely froze up after being asked a simple question about running for Senate re-election.

This is the second time McConnell has done this, and this one lasted for roughly 40 seconds:

This is just sad to see happen to anyone, no matter how you feel about their politics.

The Washington Post has more on McConnell’s mental well-being:

McConnell took questions from reporters in Covington, Ky., after talking with a local group. A reporter asked him about running for reelection in 2026, then repeated the query twice when McConnell said he couldn’t hear, according to video of the incident.

McConnell, 81, chuckled and said, “Oh, that’s, uhh —” and stopped speaking. After about seven seconds, an aide approached and asked the senator if he had heard the question.

McConnell stared straight ahead, and the aide asked reporters to give them a minute.

Another aide then walked over and spoke to McConnell, who signaled that he was fine. McConnell then cleared his throat, said “Okay,” and continued to take questions. His answers were stilted.

When is enough enough?

How many more times are we going to watch these politicians lose their minds right in front of us?

Most Americans agree that this needs to end:
