Shortly after MI 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer granted permission to Attorney Matthew Deperno to release the bombshell findings from their forensic examination on 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim County, MI, the AZ Senate Judiciary Committee announced they are issuing subpoenas to review ballots, Dominion voting machines, and related voting documents out of Maricopa County.

Newsmax reports – The Amistad Project of the non-partisan Thomas More Society is announcing Monday it is demanding the preservation of evidence in five key swing states in response to a bombshell report detailing the results of a forensic audit of Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan, which was approved for release by 13th Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer.

“We’re filing in all swing states a demand that judges step in and preserve evidence to avoid it from being destroyed or spoiled by the intentional or reckless acts of executive officials,” said Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project, which has previously filed election litigation in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Investigators believe the error rate in Antrim County is an intentional flaw built into the software in order to compel “bulk adjudication” of ballots by election officials — a process that allows alteration of ballots with minimal or no meaningful oversight. Antrim County maintains records of the adjudication process for previous elections, but records for the 2020 election were either deleted or never entered, making it impossible to determine whether adjudicated ballots accurately reflected the intent of the voters.

The Michigan Bureau of Election also issued a memorandum on Dec. 1 instructing election clerks that electronic poll book files must be deleted from all laptops and flash drives. The Amistad Project is asking judges in all swing states to issue emergency orders preventing state and local officials from destroying such evidence.

“In Michigan, the Secretary of State has ordered the deletion of e-poll books and other evidence and also has taken affirmative steps to seal forensic evidence regarding the flaws in the operation of Dominion machines from both the public and from legislators who need access to this information in order to perform their constitutional duty,” Kline said. “This joins with the Michigan Attorney General threatening legislators with a criminal investigation and possible prosecution if they disagree with her, and the Michigan Governor and other officials shutting down the peoples’ house and preventing them from gathering today to perform their constitutional duty.”

100 Percent Fed Up reported about the MI Electors being blocked from delivering their votes for Donald J. Trump to the Senate floor. We spoke with two of the Electors, Meshawn Maddock and Marian Sheridan who were blocked by MI State Police. The police officers were under strict order by Michigan’s Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer to keep the Capitol building locked down during the vote.

According to Republican Elector and Women For Trump Board member Meshawn Maddock, “We are not removing any electors. We are instead, sending Trump Republican electors alongside the Democrat Electors.” She added, “This needed to be done. We’re not trying to circumvent anything.”

Marian Sheridan told us, “We have to do this because we believe fraud happened. But if we can’t prove fraud, then the vote stays for Biden, ” adding, “There’s no harm in sending two sets of Electors. If voter fraud is proven, we just want to be prepared.”

Meshawn Maddock explained, “It would be unwise not to do this because given the gravity of what we’ve seen so far as it relates to voter fraud.”

Independent journalist Brendan Gutenschwager captured footage of the front of the Capitol where protesters were gathering. Along with the video, he tweeted:

Outside the Michigan State Capitol, currently closed to the public after officials say there were “credible threats of violence” as the Electoral College meets today to vote on the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

Gutenschwager posted a second video showing a group of GOP Electors for Donald Trump arriving at Michigan’s Capitol building in Lansing, MI.

According to Gutenschwager, the Electors were already checked in but were prohibited from entering the Capitol by MI State Police officers.

He tweeted: “The Electors are already here; they’ve been checked in.” Michigan State Police are blocking access to the Capitol, preventing the GOP Electors from getting inside

In another video, the lawyer for the GOP Electors and the MI State Police officer can discuss the blockage of Electors. The lawyer for the GOP Elector explains that the GOP Electors are there, “trying to perform their constitutional duty.” The MI State Police officer explained that if they have a problem, they should contact Michigan’s Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer or the Republican Speaker of the House Lee Chatfield or Republican Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey.
