Back in 2020, Kyle Rittenhouse was arrested for defending himself as armed Antifa/BLM thugs attacked him.  President Trump agreed and no new evidence has come out to suggest that assessment to be incorrect.  Yet, now, prosecutors in Wisconsin are charging him a second time!

Kyle Rittenhouse prior to the events in which he is awaiting trial in Wisconsin

Despite knowing that Kyle Rittenhouse has been staying in a safe house since at least November 2nd for fear of Antifa thugs and other leftists trying to kill him, the Wisconsin D.A. is seeking to arrest and charge him a second time for paperwork issues related to the fact that he was no longer living at his home address.  What’s more, Rittenhouse’s lawyers offered to give them his safe house address if they agreed to keep it anonymous…and THEY REFUSED.

ABC News Reports:

“MADISON, Wis. — Prosecutors asked a judge Wednesday for a new arrest warrant for an Illinois teen charged with shooting three people, killing two of them, during a protest over police brutality in Wisconsin after he apparently violated his bail conditions.

Kyle Rittenhouse failed to inform the court of his change of address within 48 hours of moving, Kenosha County prosecutors alleged in a motion filed with Judge Bruce Schroeder. The motion asks Schroeder to issue an arrest warrant and increase Rittenhouse’s bail by $200,000.

Rittenhouse’s attorney, Mark Richards, countered in his own motion Wednesday that death threats have driven Rittenhouse into an “undisclosed Safe House.” Richards said he offered to give prosecutors the new address in November if they would keep it secret but they refused. He said Rittenhouse has stayed in constant contact with him.”

The prosecutors claimed that Kyle was no longer at his home address, recently:

“Prosecutors wrote in their motion Wednesday that they learned Rittenhouse was no longer living at his Antioch address after the court mailed him a notice and it was returned as undeliverable on Jan. 28. Kenosha detectives traveled to the address on Tuesday and discovered another man had rented the apartment and had been living there since mid-December.”

However, Kyle had not disappeared at all or hidden from prosecutors.  In fact, he had been in regular contact with his lawyer and notified the prosecutor at least as early as November 2nd that he was not living at his previous address due to threats to his life:

What the Hell is this grand-standing prosecutor doing?  Kyle Rittenhouse has done nothing to warrant any of this:

““It is noteworthy that the State has only now decided to file a motion to increase bond in this case, despite having corresponded with Attorney Chirafisi regarding the change in Kyle’s residence over two months ago,” Richards wrote.

Richards stressed that Rittenhouse has made all his court appearances and is in constant contact with him. He provided the safe house address to the judge as part of a separate motion requesting it be sealed.”

Does he have a clear vendetta against conservatives? As part of his case against Rittenhouse, claims that Rittenhouse giving the ‘A-OK’ sign is somehow a universal racist hate symbol and that singing songs in a bar with strangers is a neo-fascist form of art reserved for The Proud Boys:

“Last month Rittenhouse was seen drinking at a bar in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, and posing for photos with two men as they made “OK” signs with their hands, a symbol used by white supremacists, according to prosecutors. Five men at the bar also serenaded Rittenhouse with a song that has become the anthem of neo-fascist group the Proud Boys, prosecutors alleged.”

So much for karaoke night.  Or as this prosecutor would call it, white supremacy choir night.

Do rule of law or critical thinking mean anything in this country anymore?
