A Wisconsin elementary school principal filed a Title IX complaint accusing middle schoolers of sexual harassment for using the wrong pronouns
It doesn’t get much more ridiculous than this. A Wisconsin school district filed a Title IX complaint against three middle school students, accusing them of sexual harassment, for their “misgendering” of another student.
Kiel Area Schools, a Wisconsin district, has filed the complaint at the behest of the elementary school principal Chad Ramminger, who has since deleted his Twitter account in shame.
A student requested in March that she be referred to with the pronouns “they” and “them,” however, it was not a polite request. In one incident in April, believed by a parent of one of the accused to have prompted the accusations, the transgender student was allegedly screaming at and berating another student for their improper use of pronouns.
A third student came to the defense of the one being screamed at and said–correctly–that the berated does not have to use proper pronouns. That it is his Constitutional right to not use pronouns.

Neither the school district’s policies, nor Title IX, cover the usage of “incorrect” pronouns.
This is at @KielAreaSchools and @ChadRamminger, the elementary principal is reportedly the one who filed the complaint.

The Twitter account Libs of TikTok, known for their strong defense of children in the face of woke schools and grooming teachers, has determined that the Title IX report was filed by the elementary school principal, Chad Ramminger. Ramminger has deleted his account in the time since being found out, however.
The three accused middle schoolers are being represented by Luke Berg, who believes that Ramminger and the district do not have a leg to stand on. The stretch from what is covered by Title IX, such as sexual assaults, to “misgendering,” is enough to merit an Olympic gold medal–but hopefully not enough to damn three adolescents.
