A Ukrainian woman who was denied service at the post office in Kiev took matters into her own hands.
The woman was filmed taking off her underwear to use as a mask.
The CCTV video shows the woman walking into the post office and showing her receipt on her cellphone, but the employee refused to serve her because she was not wearing a mask.
A mask is required in all public buildings as part of Ukraine’s COVID-19 response.
The desperate customer immediately removed her trousers and followed by her underwear in the middle of the post office.
She put the underwear over her face for a mask and then asked the employee for assistance.
