House Freedom Caucus member Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) initiated a motion to censure Democrat Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff. 185 Republicans were expected to vote yes on the resolution this afternoon. Speaker Pelosi, however, blocked the motion from a vote. Rep. Biggs took to Twitter to share a video of his impassioned speech on the House floor, where he outlined the reasons why the Republicans believe Chairman Schiff should be censured and should “immediately resign” over his “reckless disregard for the truth.” Biggs also blasted Rep. Adama Schiff for his “secret impeachment inquiry” designed to “undermine the will of Americans.”

Watch:

On his way to the House floor to vote for a bill he co-sponsored, that would censure House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff, Rep.Kevin Brady (R-TX) blasted the lying lawmaker in the halls of Congress. Rep. Brady said, “Adam Schiff has abused his power, he’s denying due process to everyone involved, and he’s untruthful.” He also added that he believes Chairman Schiff needs to step down.

Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) tweeted a breaking alert to his followers:

🚨BREAKING: Democrats just blocked @RepAndyBiggsAZ‘s resolution to hold Adam Schiff accountable for lying to the American people on multiple occasions. Shame on them for once again, shielding Schiff from facing any consequences! He should be censured!

Rep. Dusty Johnson (R-SD) shared his vote and told his followers that Democrats blocked the censure resolution.

Rep. Jodi Hice (R-GA) tweeted a video of himself where he calls the Democrats shameful for not voting to hold Adam Schiff accountable.

He has shirked his responsibilities as Chairman, abandoned his duty as a Congressman, & forgotten his sense of fairness & justice throughout this impeachment hoax. It’s shameful that not one Dem voted to hold him accountable.

Rep. Steve Watkins (R-KS) tweeted, “I guess the Democrats are okay with Adam Schiff:

▪️ Spreading false allegations about collusion

▪️ Fabricating a call transcript during a Congressional hearing

▪️ Lying about contacting the whistleblower

Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) shared his vote with his constituents on Twitter and blasted Democrats for blocking the measure in the House. Rep. LaMalfa added, “Chairman Schiff’s dishonesty & lack of transparency with the American people will likely continue.”

Rep. Bradley Byrne (R-AL) tweeted about the dishonesty Rep. Adam Schiff has exhibited: From promising a secret Mueller bombshell (that didn’t exist) to fabricating @realDonaldTrump and Erdogan’s phone call, Adam Schiff has lied to and misled Americans for years. Democrats blocked@RepAndyBiggsAZ Schiff censure bill tonight, but we won’t stop defending the truth.

Rep. Daniel Webster (R-FL) blasted the Democrats over Schiff’s unscrupulous behavior.

There were at least 30 more tweets we didn’t show from Republican lawmakers who shared their disgust for Chairman Schiff and their fellow Democrat lawmaker’s underhanded and dirty tricks. It should also be noted that Democrat lawmakers have been dragging America through this nightmare for almost 3 years in an effort to undo the results of the 2016 presidential election.
