Fox News’ Juan Williams expressed shock today that President Trump calls Bernie Sanders a Communist. Perhaps a reminder is in order to let people like Juan know that if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck…It’s a duck!

Especially to anyone considering voting for this nut job!

Democrats are supporting this candidate?

In 1972, Sanders, then a gubernatorial protest candidate for the socialist Liberty Union Party, visited an alternative high school in Rutland, Vermont, to give his campaign pitch. During a question-and-answer session, Sanders, then 31, brushed off accusations of being a left-wing radical:

“I don’t mind people coming up and calling me a communist,” Sanders said. “At least, they’re still alive.”

Remember that he spent his honeymoon partying in Russia?

BERNIE HAD A HARD TIME EXPLAINING HIS HONEYMOON TO RUSSIA:

A video of Bernie Sanders with just a towel wrapped around his lower body (see below) has raised questions about his ‘very strange honeymoon’ to Russia in 1988.

The Socialist Mayor of Burlington, Vermont had just married and then went on a 10-day visit to the communist country with an entourage of officials and his new bride.

Sanders was recently approached and asked about the trip to the Soviet Union being a ‘honeymoon’. Instead of being receptive to explaining the trip, Sanders was openly irritated and denied it was a ‘honeymoon’.

The left-leaning Washington Post also claims the main purpose for the trip to the U.S.S.R. was to establish Burlington’s “sister city” in the Soviet Union. Why the switcheroo by the Post and by Sanders? What’s the point of lying about something that’s easy to research? Perhaps this is really about the arrogance and contempt left-wingers like Sanders have for others.

During the trip to Russia, Sanders criticized the US on housing and health care. He also slammed the US for how they had intervened in other countries. He claimed Americans were “intellectually lazy,” and that is why they didn’t understand Socialism and Communism.

Dr, Alan Rubin was on the trip with Sanders and described the then-Vermont Mayor’s demeanor:
“He got very curious about life in Russia, and I think it became part of his life. He was interested in the way they organized health-care education, street life, families . . . It opened up a new world for me and, I expect, for him, too.”

Sanders was so excited about his trip to Communist Russia that he planned a trip to Cuba too!

After his trip to Cuba he had praise for the Communist system there:

“I did not see a hungry child. I did not see any homeless people.” He said that while Cuba was not a “perfect society, the country not only has free health care but very high-quality health care.”
“The revolution there is far deeper and more profound than I understood it to be. It really is a revolution in terms of values.”
If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck…It’s a COMMUNIST!

MARK LEVIN: SANDERS’ ‘ECONOMIC BILL OF RIGHTS’ TAKEN FROM STALIN’S 1936 CONSTITUTION:

There’s something deeply disturbing about Bernie Sanders’ ‘Economic Bill of Rights’ proposal. In an appearance on Hannity, political commentator and historian Mark Levin points out that Sanders has “stolen his agenda from the 1936 Soviet Constitution.”

Red State reports on 2020 hopeful Bernie Sanders’ speech about Democratic Socialism.

Sanders knows Americans view socialism in a bad light so he’s on a mission to sell socialism as the greatest thing since sliced bread…

Sanders devotes most of his speech to railing about the oligarchs and warning us about how dangerous Trump is, all the while positioning himself as the solution Americans have been searching for. He told supporters, “In 1944, FDR proposed an economic bill of rights but died a year later and was never able to fulfill that vision.” Sanders then presented himself as a modern-day FDR and said he hopes to complete the work which FDR began.

Yes, Bernie Sanders really just said Americans would be “delighted” to pay more in taxes? He’s not kidding…

The Democratic Socialist wants freebies for everyone and he wants YOU to pay for them.

He wants free college, healthcare and a $15 minimum wage.

Just like any socialist, he just wants to raise taxes thinking it will pay for the billions it would cost for the freebies he wants. He’s wrong!

Bernie Sanders on paying for socialism:

“People in this country would be delighted to pay more in taxes.”

It makes sense that Bernie is most popular with the 18-24 year-olds.

A recent response by Jeffrey Folks to the socialist comparison of  the 20’s Depression to 2019:

“This comparison is commonplace among progressives, who seem to think that the mere mention of “late 1920s” is enough to stampede the public into demanding progressive government interventions.  In this case, it amounts to extortion: share the wealth, or we’ll have another Great Depression.”

Folks is correct about his solution for income inequality and it isn’t raising taxes:

“There is a solution to income inequality, but it is not income redistribution.  The solution is for young people to be told they must work hard to achieve a more equal income.  Pretending government can ensure income equality by “more widely distributing” income is not merely a lie — it is complicity in spoiling the chances of millions of young people just starting out in life.”

The rainbows and unicorns crowd believes all you need to do is throw more money at a problem. That’s not how the real world works.

Here’s to hoping that the young people come to their senses before the 2020 election.
