Last weekend Chicago law enforcement realized that within thirty minutes, a group of robbers was responsible for 10 hold-ups. Four men in a Hyundai Elantra wore ski masks and hoodies and targeted multiple people Sunday morning.
According to Breitbart, CWB Chicago noted multiple locations and times where the incidents occurred:
the 3900 block of West North Avenue in Humboldt Park at 7:20 a.m.
the 3900 block of West Le Moyne in Humboldt Park at 7:30 a.m.
the 1800 block of North Kedvale in Hermosa at 7:32 a.m.

Video footage shows three men with guns hop out of their car, targeting people who are getting out of their vehicles or walking on the sidewalk. Chicago police also confirmed that a sixty-year-old man was robbed by the group. The older man was allegedly pulled from his vehicle, beaten up, and robbed before the perpetrators left the scene. The man was waiting in a white van parked on the side of the road when the incident took place. The skirmish was caught on video with a warning from a Twitter user.
Saying, “Coming to a street near you.” The robberies took place on Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s last day as Chicago Mayor—an appropriate ending to a disastrous term.

Under leftist Mayor Lightfoot, Chicago crime has sky-rocketed. The city of Chicago has suffered under disastrous left-leaning policies, and Democrat leadership has virtually ruined the windy city, making it undesirable for tourists and residents to spend time downtown. Rising crime and homelessness have gravely affected the once-thriving city.
Unfortunately, Chicago residents have voted for more of the same policies. They replaced the unlikeable Lightfoot with Brandon Johnson, who ran his campaign on a promise to defund the police. Breitbart reported that Johnson spoke out against Lightfoot because she opposed defunding the police saying she was on the wrong side of history. Johnson believes the money spent on police can be better used for other purposes,
Johnson also said, “This will give the county commissioners a road map for taking millions of waste spent on incarceration and policing and reinvesting it.”
Johnson, who took office Monday, described Chicago as a city “traumatized by violence” yet insisted that the crime-riddled city has “enough room” for the migrant surge as large groups of illegals make their way to Chicago.
