Billionaire Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates just tweeted out a joint statement announcing his divorce from Melinda Gates. The couple has been married for 27 years and say they are splitting amicably. The couple is reportedly worth $130 billion. Bill and Melinda Gates met on the job at Microsoft where she was in marketing. They married in 1994 and have three children.

Gates was recently in the news for wanting to block the sun to cool the earth:

Bill Gates is one of the richest billionaires on the planet. He should be most famous for being a very cutthroat businessman and stealing ideas from people like Steve Jobs about computers and operating systems while using his connections and marketing to take over the PC market a few decades ago. However, for some inexplicable reason, he is also now seen as the world’s savior–for everything.
Whether it comes to climate change or vaccinations or forcing you to eat “100% synthetic” meat while he buys up all of America’s farmland and eats lots of real “cheeseburger cheeseburger cheeseburger!” Bill Gates is always up to the task of flying around on 70-million dollar gas-guzzling private jets to tell the rest of the world what to do. Should you trust the top celebrity carbon emitter to know or care at all about supposed environmental claims? Do you trust a man who must be very good at math to teach your kids that mathematics and numbers are racist? Or is he just a power-hungry control freak who wants to come up with ways to rule every aspect of your life while income inequality soars as he makes another 20 billion from your suffering?
In a blink of an eye, Bill Gates has somehow been anointed by the government and media to rule you, along with other thugs like Andrew Cuomo. These people want more than just dominion over your body and a mandatory tracking system. They seek a Great Reset of the globe in which everything is so expensive that you will not be able to afford to own anything or eat real meat. You will also no longer be protected by any Western rule of law or Constitutional rights. And, according to them, you’ll somehow “be happy” about this while they literally own everything and presumably rent it out to you as they see fit.
They are a composite of all the Bond villains you’ve ever seen.
And, such a cartoonish amalgamation of villainy would not be complete without wanting to also control your most vital and fundamental energy source.
A project called SCoPEx is funded by Bill Gates and seeks to spray chemicals into the atmosphere to “dim sunlight in order to cool the earth.”
What could possibly go wrong?
“You can’t cover the sun with a finger”, but maybe with science and technology yes. According to Forbes, Bill Gates is funding a project that would dim sunlight in order to “cool” the Earth.
The research called ” Stratospheric Controlled Disturbance Experiment ” (SCoPEx for its acronym in English) is carried out by scientists from Harvard University and has the purpose of achieving that the sunlight is reflected outside the atmosphere of our planet.
This solution would be achieved by spraying tons of non-toxic calcium carbonate (CaCO3) into the atmosphere. “SCoPEx is a scientific experiment to advance the understanding of stratospheric aerosols that could be relevant for solar geoengineering,” the project page reads.
The project will begin to carry out tests that so far consist of releasing a balloon with scientific equipment, which will not spray CaCO3 but will function as a test of maneuver and to explore communications and operating systems.
“We plan to use a high-altitude balloon to lift an instrument package approximately 20 km into the atmosphere. Once in place, a very small amount of material (100g 2 kg) will be released to create a disturbed air mass approximately one kilometer long and one hundred meters in diameter. Then we will use the same balloon to measure the resulting changes in the disturbed air mass, including changes in aerosol density, atmospheric chemistry and light scattering, ”they explain.
But, Forbes admits that there might be some tiny amount of risk involved:
According to Forbes , scientific opponents of this project believe that solar geoengineering could bring unavoidable risks and extreme changes in weather patterns that would be no different than current warming trends.
They also explain that environmentalists fear that a “dramatic” change in mitigation strategy will become a “green light” for greenhouse gases to continue being emitted without any variation in current consumption patterns.
