Riots have been going non-stop for several days in the city of Minneapolis after a 20-year-old black man was shot during an attempted arrest. News crews from major networks have been on the scene to capture the ongoing battle between rioters and police. Some of the rioters object to TV crews being at the scene and have threatened different reporters.
A crew from CNN was attacked today, and one crew member was hit over the head with a water bottle during the heated protests. The crew was for CNN reporter Miguel Marquez who has been reporting from the riots. After the man was knocked to the ground, the crowd mocked him. In the second video below, the rioters are chasing the CNN crew away. It’s ironic because the CNN perspective on the violence is slanted in favor of the rioters.

LANGUAGE ALERT: Just last night, one angry man ripped into a CNN reporter and told her to leave:

CNN has hyped this violence for a year and refused to say it’s violent anarchy. Who can forget the reporter who said the protest was “mostly peaceful” when he was standing in front of a city in flames?
