Last week, a car crashed into a barricade outside of the White House, now shots have reportedly been heard on the north side of the White House. Fortunately, President Trump and Melania are not inside the White House, as they left yesterday after Billy Graham’s funeral to head to Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, FL.

Fox News is reporting that law enforcement is responding to reports of shots fired near the White House north fence line early Saturday afternoon.

The U.S. Secret Service tweeted personnel were responding and a person “allegedly suffered a self-inflicted gun shot wound along the north fence line” of the White House. No other injuries were reported.

Fox News’ John Roberts reported medical personnel are responding to the incident. The person involved in the incident was not immediately identified and his condition was unknown.

A White House official told Fox News that President Trump has been briefed on the incident and referred all questions to the Secret Service.

UPDATE: Secret Service are now saying that medical personnel are responding to a “male victim”. There is no statement from the Secret Service about who the “male victim” is or why a gun was reportedly fired on the north side of the White House.
