An F-16 fighter jet has crashed near Blair Township in Northern Michigan.
At this time, we do not know the cause of the crash.
Emergency crews are responding.
Thankfully, the pilot ejected from the aircraft and is expected to be okay.

BREAKING: An F-16 fighter jet crashed in Blair Township, Grand Traverse County, northern Michigan, near County Road 633.
The pilot ejected successfully and is reported to be conscious and alert.

Reportedly, the F-16 came from Texas Air National Guard 149.
Fox 2 Detroit has the latest update:
he crash was in Blair Township, which is southwest of Traverse City in Grand Traverse County. Acting emergency manager Brandon Perry confirmed that crews were at the scene of the crash, according to 9and10News.
According to the Texas Air National Guard, the F-16 is theirs and was part of a joint training mission. The pilot ejected before the crash and is in stable condition, the guard said.
Reports of a plane crash were heard on Grand Traverse 911, according to Broadcastify.
An evacuation order is now in effect for County Rd 633 from Jefferson Pl to Blair Township Rd, according to the county emergency management.
It appears that this jet was taking part in a training exercise and was scheduled to participate in a flyover at a football game tomorrow evening.
Per Stars and Stripes:
The unit is in Michigan to take part in training at Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center.
The F-16s from Texas were scheduled to take part in a flyover of a football game Friday night as part of POW-MIA Recognition Day.
