UPDATE: The investigation into tainted shakes found no criminality by Shake Shack employees:

Chief Rodney Harrison released a statement and David Webb questioned the findings. There are no details about how the NYPD came to the conclusion in this case.

Overnight, the Detectives’ Endowment Association tweeted out a warning after several police officers were taken to the hospital after drinking shakes at a Shake Shack in Manhattan:

Tonight, three of our fellow officers were intentionally poisoned by one or more workers at the Shake Shack at 200 Broadway in Manhattan. Fortunately, they were not seriously harmed. Please see the safety alert.
