How desperate is the left to stop any questions about the validity of the 2020 election? Very! They have now attacked another Trump lawyer for questioning irregularities in the election. Are we not allowed to speak up about the voting irregularities for fear there is something there? Yes! Rudy Giuliani is a great American patriot who stuck his neck out to try and get to the bottom of all of the very curious happenings surrounding the 2020 election. There has been no serious investigation into the many questionable tactics and possible irregularities noted by Giuliani, so how could they be “false statements”? This is just a case of the Court trying to take down an American hero…nothing more.

Is anyone surprised that all of the presiding judges are Democrats?

Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division, First Judicial Department:

Rolando T. Acosta

Dianne T. Renwick

Sallie Manzanet-Daniels

Judith J. Gische

Barbara R. Kapnick,

A disciplinary body in New York State has suspended Rudy Giuliani from practicing law there, claiming he made “demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump.”

The Court notes statements the former NYC Mayor made during the “2020 election at press conferences, state legislative hearings, radio broadcasts (as both a guest and host), podcasts, television appearances, and one court appearance.”

The Court cites two instances of misconduct, both related to investigations into voter fraud in the 2020 election:

-In making this motion, the AGC primarily relies on claims that respondent made false and misleading factual statements to cast doubt on the reliability of the results of the 2020 presidential election, in which Joseph R. Biden was constitutionally certified and then inaugurated as the 46th President of the United States. We find that the following false statements made by respondent constitute uncontroverted proof of respondent’s professional misconduct.

-Respondent repeatedly stated that in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania more absentee ballots came in during the election than were sent out before the election.

How can a statement be false if there has never been an investigation into the claims?
