Earlier this morning we brought you the report that Kash Patel’s Confirmation Vote has been delayed for another week:

BREAKING: Kash Patel’s Committee Vote for FBI Director Is Delayed Until Next Week

Actually, it's not even his Confirmation Vote, it's the Committee Vote which has to happen first.

So they'll delay that step, and then I'm sure later delay the full Senate vote with some other nonsense.

But what I didn't include in my earlier report was the disappointment of seeing Chuck Grassley side with the Democrats to pass this delay.

Watch him say it right here:

Community Notes claims that Grassley had no choice and had to honor the request from the Committee Member:

But I don't fully buy that explanation...

Grassley didn't say he was just honoring the request according to their Committee Rules, he said he agreed with the Member.

That's what's troubling here.

Grassley then posted that the Committee Vote will be Feb. 13th, a full one week delay:

I think the Babylon Bee might have the best explanation of all:

That may be satire, but I think it's closer to the truth than most realize!

BREAKING: Kash Patel's Committee Vote for FBI Director Is Delayed Until Next Week

The biggest question on everyone's mind right now is when are we finally going to get Senate Confirmation Votes on Kash Patel, Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr.?

What is the holdup?

They did their dog-and-pony-show little hearings...

We played that game...

What is the further delay?

Well, the delay is simply one thing: Democrats.

And now Kash Patel's Committee Vote is delayed until next week.

Watch here:

Note, this is just the Committee Vote, not even the real vote.

I know, I know, it seems absolutely absurd but for some reason there first has to be a smaller Committee Vote to decide if there will even be a full Senate vote.

Sounds absurd, right?

It reminds me of The Office, when Dwight Schrute calls himself the "Assistant Regional Manager," but his actual title is "Assistant to the Regional Manager."

What a bunch of nonsense!

What the delay here:
