You truly cannot make this up.

The man who went viral a few months ago in a Fox News clip for yelling out, “I’m not going back to Haiti!” has just, in fact, been deported back to Haiti.

Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles, a criminal Haitian illegal alien, was arrested in Massachusetts back in January.

Footage from his arrest showed him shouting that he wasn’t going to go back, along with, “F*ck Trump, Biden forever!”

But now, despite his defiant declaration, Charles is on his way back to his home country.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin has the details:

Well, he has, in fact, gone back to Haiti.

DHS confirms to @FoxNews
that Wisteguens Jean Quely Chargles was finally deported back to his home country on Thursday, 19 months after his arrest. I’m told he was combative on the plane, which originated in Louisiana, and he made profane, threatening remarks about President Trump and his family while on board.

Per DHS, he had 17+ criminal convictions in just a two-year span in the state of Massachusetts. He was initially admitted to the US in 2013 during the Obama administration and was granted TPS. His TPS was later revoked in 2022. We witnessed him being arrested by ICE in the sanctuary city of Boston on 1/22/2025, just days into the Trump 2.0 administration.

As for why it took so long? I’m told by federal sources that he exhausted every single potential legal option to try to remain in the country and has had a final deportation order since November of last year.

WHITE HOUSE statement to FOX:

“This gang member and criminal illegal alien loved Obama, Biden, and open-border Democrats who let him enter our country with TPS and allowed him to terrorize American citizens. Thanks to the Trump administration, he is now off our streets and back in Haiti.“

DHS statement to FOX:

“This illegal alien gang member from Haiti had quite the rap sheet, with convictions for assault and battery on a public employee, resisting arrest, and drug trafficking, among other heinous crimes,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “He went viral for praising Biden as he was getting arrested, because he knew that the Biden Administration’s open borders turned America into a paradise for criminals like him. The Trump Administration has finally done what both the Obama and Biden Administrations failed to do and deported this criminal back where he belongs.“

Charles has a lengthy criminal history, including involvement as a member of the Back Block Money Gang.

A DHS press release detailed his criminal record further:

On January 22, 2025, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston arrested Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles, an illegal alien from Haiti and a member of the Back Block Money Gang, in Mattapan, Massachusetts. In a viral video taken during his arrest, Charles shouted “f**k Trump, Biden forever!”

Charles’s criminal history includes 17 CONVICTIONS for crimes such as assault and battery on a public employee, resisting arrest, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession to distribute a class D controlled substance, possession of a class D controlled substance, possession of class C psychedelic mushrooms, carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying ammunition with no firearm ID card, and trespassing.

On September 10, ICE deported Charles back to Haiti.

Talk about FAFO.
